Surface Quality Of Titanium Ring
Surface quality of Titanium Ring:
Two end surface roughness Ra value should be no greater than 3.2 lum (will be subject to meet the requirements of ultrasonic inspection), on the surface of the inner and outer surface roughness Ra should be no greater than 12.5 um (outer circumferential surface need for ultrasonic flaw detection Ra should be no greater than 3.2 PM), chamfering radius for 5 ~ 15 mm. Product surface should not have crack, folding and double skin visible defects. Allow partial surface defects by grinding method to clear, clear the depth shall not exceed the size tolerance, and shall guarantee that the minimum allowed size. Clean up the ratio of the depth and width in the end should be not more than two 1:6, inside, outside side should be no greater than 1:10. The lateral grinding should be along the axial.
